What is the fish meal dryer?
A cooling tower is a heat rejection device that extracts waste heat from process water and expels it into the atmosphere through evaporation or air contact. In a fish meal plant, it is typically installed downstream of the condenser or heat exchanger to maintain ideal system temperatures.
The unit cools down heated water from equipment and recirculates it, ensuring energy-efficient operation and protection of machinery. Available in multiple capacities and configurations, our cooling towers are built with corrosion-resistant materials and deliver long-lasting performance even in harsh industrial conditions.
What can fish meal dryer do?
Our cooling tower systems are suitable for a wide range of industries, including:
✅ Fish Meal Production Lines
✅ Animal Rendering Plants
✅ Food and Beverage Manufacturing
✅ Chemical and Petrochemical Facilities
✅ HVAC and Power Plants
By ensuring stable water temperatures, the tower enhances process reliability and improves the lifespan of associated equipment.
How does the fishmeal dryer work?
The cooling tower operates by allowing hot water to flow over fill media while air is simultaneously drawn upward (or pushed across) by a fan. As the air and water interact, heat transfers from the water to the air, and part of the water evaporates, reducing the remaining water’s temperature. The cooled water is then collected at the basin and recirculated back to the system.
This process makes evaporative cooling towers highly efficient in industrial operations where water temperature management is critical.
